My great grandfather, or his brother im stil trying to put this puzzel together.any help please.

@Irene van Thiel. This registration is about Hendrik Duisters owning motor cycle. Is may also have been a car later at the same registration. If it is the brother of your great grandfather, his name probably isn't Hendrik. But a good start may be the census registers of Budel. The family of Hendrik is named in them and maybe, if he is old enough, also your grandfather. You can find more information about genealogical research in the Netherlands here.
